It is very easy to move around Mazatlan, there are buses and taxi cabs but there are alternative and very fun means of alternative transportation such as Pulmonias and the very well known Ferry.

The Mazatlan Ferry continues to be a very important connection between Mazatlan and Baja California Sur. It takes about 12 hours to cross from Mazatlan to la Paz (BCS) and the Ferry is equipped with suites, bars and restaurants. It could be a very fun adventure for all kinds of travelers.

This unique means of transportation was created back in the 1960´s to replace horse carriages in Mazatlan. Pulmonias which is English for pneumonia are roofless little cars equipped to give you a personalized tour of Mazatlan.
